The Crane Guys offer a Trade-In Program for frequent players (and winners) of jumbo plush
toy pieces from our Skill Cranes.
How Does the Trade-In Program Work
The plush items must be from our cranes.
All plush must be in new & reusable condition with tags.
*Metro Coin of Minnesota, Inc. d.b.a. The Crane Guys reserve the final right to accept or reject
any or all plush items turned in. Unaccepted plush will be returned to customer unless directed otherwise.
Jumbo Plush items are valued at one Trade-In Point per piece and can be banked with us until the
Trade-In Points are redeemed.
Plush items can be dropped off at our corporate office at 8055 Ranchers Rd. Fridley, Minnesota,
or contact us by phone or email (tradein@thecraneguys.com) to arrange a
drop off with one of our route drivers.
